Thank you for taking time to focus on your mental health as you have started looking for a therapist.

It can be very difficult to sit down with a new person and share your vulnerabilities with them, but it can also be so uplifting to start sharing with another person. 

 Through various treatment interventions we will work on helping you to become attuned to your individual needs, master coping skills, and recognizing healthy boundaries.  I use an eclectic approach in therapy, which is where we tailor treatment to your individual needs and symptoms.  I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), then I use Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy when working with partners.  

 

​ I feel confident working with individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.  I specialize with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and sexual compulsions with significant experience working with addiction, ADHD, and anger issues.  Therapy is work, it takes effort, and I am here to help direct your effort and energy into a productive move towards your goals. If you feel like this is the right move for you, a loved one, or your family I would be happy to set up an intake with you. I do provide services in-person or through telehealth.

My current rates are 160 for the initial intake and 125 for each individual session afterwards. For Family or Couples Therapy I offer 55 minute sessions at 125 or 80 minute long sessions at 170.

I currently only accept Kansas Medicaid and would out-of-network for all other insurances. 

I do work with a sliding scale, so please reach out to me if you do not feel like this is within your budget.

I currently work out of two offices. On Mondays I am at 110 S Cherry St, Olathe KS 66061 - This is an office on the second-floor smaller waiting room. Monday-Friday I am at 6804 W 107th St Overland Park Ks, 66212 Suite 100.
